DSI will work alongside SWIM team to offer a smooth transition during this time and will provide as much assistance as you require. DSI can offer several services including Project Managing the Software Changeover, Setup for your SWIM store, Setup of the Utilities area customised for your Business, Setting up Sales Users and Levels of Permissions, and any additional training required for Business Owners and your Sales/Admin Teams.

A One-on-one Skype training package is provided with the specific job description in mind. Designed for business owners, managers, sales staff, stock controllers and head office team. The package will be tailored to suit the staff member, their level of previous experience and their role within the company. Specific areas of training will include Sales, Refunds, Job Tracking, Customers, and Stock Entry. The training package will involve scheduled Skype sessions over an allocated period of time and include regular correspondence via email for support and guidance.
Onsite training is included with New Store Implementations.
